Holly is a masters-level Registered Provisional Psychologist who works from a belief that the
solutions to our struggles are within us.
Holly works with a somatic-based, trauma-informed approach developed by Gabor Maté called
Compassionate Inquiry (CI) which focuses on offering a safe, empathetic presence while guiding
clients to reveal answers from within. This collaborative approach helps you identify
unconscious dynamics influencing your life and supports self-liberation. CI integrates principles
from internal family systems, interpersonal neurobiology, cognitive behavioral, Gestalt, and
narrative therapy to unlock whatever may be holding you back today.
While she carries with her many lessons from her peers and mentors after volunteering with the
Kids Help Phone, Veterans Transition Network, and Sanare Centre; Holly is committed to offering evidence-based supports tailored to each client. She
continues to serve with the Canadian Forces, Primary Reserves, and brings a compassionate
leadership style grounded with a humble humility to her work to make your time together count.
If you feel like Holly may be helpful for the season of life that you’re in right now, give us a call.

Perhaps, instead, you’ve been planted.
